Returns and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unworn items may be returned for a refund or exchanged in accordance with the following guidelines within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase.
You may return most new, unworn items within Fourteen days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please Note: Curbside delivery orders not picked up within 14 days will be refunded and restocked.
