At PalmBeachSoles, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and worry-free.


Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return
Email us at orders@palmbeachsoles.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs as long as it’s reported and returned within the 30-day return period.

Return Shipping Costs
For all non-defective returns, a $9.95 return shipping fee per pair will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing
Once your return reaches us, refunds are typically processed within 1–4 business days.


Exchanges

We’re pleased to provide free exchanges for size, color, or style adjustments.

How to Request an Exchange
1. Email orders@palmbeachsoles.com to request your prepaid exchange label.
2. Include your order number and let us know the reason for the exchange.
3. Place a note inside your return package stating the exact size, color, or style you’d like as your replacement.
